Fall Registration begins September 8th, 2016!

2016-2017 Registration Policies/Contract

  1. Classes begin Monday, September 12th 2016 (pro-rated tuition for September)
  2. Read Policies and procedures thoroughly, consult the Fall 2016-2017 schedule of classes and determine which class or program you are interested in registering your child for. Call or Email for questions of class placement (805) 708-7555 or Danny@Zermenodance.com
  3. Fully complete Student Registration and Contact Form in its entirety. These forms must be signed and dated by a parent or guardian prior to beginning classes.
  4. Open enrollment is from September 8th, 2016 – March 6th, 2017. Classes limit to 10 students.
  5. Students must begin classes within 1 week (7 days) of registering.  After 3 weeks, registration is void and students must pay a re-enrollment fee of $15 at the time of re-registering.
  6. Turn in or mail completed forms, along with the annual non- refundable Registration Fee & first months tuition to Zermeño Dance Academy (5575 Hollister Ave. Suite A, Goleta, CA 93117)
    *All forms MUST be dropped off in the DROP OFF BOX located in the waiting area in Suite B.
  7. STUDENTS WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN FIESTA 2017 MUST REGISTER AND BEGIN CLASSES BY March 6th, 2017. NO EXCEPTIONS
    *This is to help us begin Fiesta preparations earlier in the year and will be STRICTLY enforced*

  • 10% discount for those who pay full year in advance (September-July)
  • $20.00 monthly discount for families with 2 or more siblings enrolled.
  • Students who register in the middle of a month can receive pro-rated tuition prices only for the month of registration.
  • There is a $20.00 discount for families with 2 or more siblings enrolled.
  • Tuition is due by the 1st of the month.  Tuition is expected by 8 p.m. on the 1st of each month regardless if class is missed or cancelled (see “attendance” for more info). NO EXCEPTIONS
  • If the tuition is collected after the 1st of the month, a $25 late fee will be added to your account. After 7 days from the issued late fee, students will be pulled from classes until his/her account is paid up to date.
  • Studio hours are Monday-Friday 1:00pm-8:30pm. (Subject to change)
  • Tuition can be mailed to the studio address or dropped off in the TUITION BOX located in the waiting area of Suite B, during studio hours ONLY.
  • STUDENTS FULL NAMES MUST ALWAYS BE VISIBLE ON ALL PAYMENTS, ALONG WITH PAYMENT INFORMATION (EXAMPLE: Jane Johnson, April Late Fee and Tuition).
  • Checks can be made to “Zermeño Dance Academy” or “ZDA”.
  • A $25 Non-Sufficient Fund fee will be charged per occurrence for all bounced checks. After the 2nd occurrence tuition must be paid in CASH ONLY.
  • Cash payment must be secured in an envelope with students name, date, amount and reason for payment written on the envelope. Do NOT use envelope for checks.
  • You can request a receipt by placing a circle around the letter “R” on your check or envelope. Receipts will be emailed at your request.
  • Payments may NEVER be handed to any dance staff.  They must go DIRECTLY into the tuition box located in Studio B waiting room.
