Fall Registration begins August 23rd!

2024-2025 Registration Policies/Contract

1) Classes begin Tuesday, September 3rd 2024.
2) Call or Email for questions of class placement (805) 708-7555 or Danny@Zermenodance.com.
3) Fully complete Student Registration and Contact Information in its entirety. This info must be filled out by a parent or guardian prior to beginning classes.
4) Open enrollment is from August 23rd, 2024 – January 6th, 2025. Classes limited to 9 students.
5) Students must begin classes within 1 week (7 days) of registering.  Dancers must begin classes within 3 weeks, or registration is void and students must pay a re-enrollment fee of $15 at the time of re-registering.
6) STUDENTS WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN FIESTA 2025 MUST REGISTER AND BEGIN CLASSES BY January 6th, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.
7) Dancers who register after February must be willing to take a minimum of 3-4 privates to catch up with the group they are placed in. Dancers must begin in the Fall in order to be considered for a higher level class.

-Each student must pay an annual NON-REFUNDABLE Registration Fee upon registering.

-Students who dropped and return to classes in the same year must pay a $15 Re-Enrollment Fee

*Privates: $65 – $90 per hour

1) 10% discount for those who pay full year in advanced (September 2024-July 2025). Must be paid by September 30th, 2024. If dancer decides to stop dancing, the 10% discount for previous months will be forfeited and deducted from the remaining months balance.
2) $20.00 monthly discount for families with 2 or more siblings enrolled.
3) Students who register in the middle of a month can receive pro-rated tuition prices only for the month of registration. Does not apply when missing 2 or more classes in a month.
4) Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. Tuition is expected by 8 p.m. on the 1st of each month regardless if class is missed or cancelled (see “Attendance” section for more info).
5) Tuition collected after the 1st of the month is considered late.
6) If tuition is collected after the 1st of the month, a $25 late fee will be added to your account.  After 7 days from the issued late fee, students will be pulled from classes until his/her account is paid up to date.
7) Tuition will not be prorated for short months (2-3 classes in a month), as some months have 5 classes within the month and tuition remains as regular.
8) Studio hours are Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-8:30pm and Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm (Subject to change).
9) Tuition can be mailed to the studio address or dropped off in the TUITION BOX located in the waiting area of Suite B, during studio hours ONLY.
10) STUDENTS FULL NAMES MUST ALWAYS BE VISIBLE ON ALL PAYMENTS, ALONG WITH PAYMENT INFORMATION (EXAMPLE: Jane Johnson, April Late Fee & Tuition).
11) Checks must be made to “Zermeno Dance Academy” or “ZDA”.
12) A $25 Non-Sufficient Fund fee will be charged per occurrence for all bounced checks  After the 2nd occurrence all payments must be paid in CASH ONLY.
13) Cash payment must be secured in an envelope with students name, date, amount and reason for payment written on the envelope.  Envelopes are not necessary for checks!
14) You can request a receipt by placing a circled around a the letter  “R”  on your check or envelope. Receipts will be emailed at your request.  Receipts are highly suggested for cash payments.
15) Payments must NEVER be handed to any dance staff.  They must go DIRECTLY into the tuition boxes located in the waiting area of Studio B.
